had what APPEARED to be pubic hair covering much of her face!
Jon simply stared with his mouth agape at the curly hairs that were on Karyn's face and forehead! Jon then noticed that Karyn's face pubes seemed to be in a pattern. A pattern that was a mirror image of the pattern of the pubic hairs surrounding a woman's vagina.
There was a thick tuft right between Karyn's eyebrows at the top of her nose. Above that was a line slightly less thick pubic hair which made a small "strip" up her forehead. This strip was fanned outwards as it went upward across her forehead to form a feminine triangle of pubic hair. Thinned out strips of curly hair ran alongside Karyn's nose on her cheeks, ending just below her nose.
Jon just slowly said "Uhhh Karyn? Are you .uh .Ok?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Umm just wondering. Uh say, I know you probably don't like to talk about it. But .could I ask about the um . hair on your face?"
Karyn looked downward and sighed, "I was WONDERING when you were going to bring that up. Ever since it grew in when I hit puberty, people I know outside my family just acted like weird about it. They look at it but then act like I don't have it to be nice to me. You have always been nice to me too but OBVIOUSLY you can see it like everyone else."
Karyn had been changed to think she had always been this way! Jon had to play along with that and said, "I'm sorry for bringing it up, I've just umm always wondered I guess."
Karyn looked right at him with her hairy face and said, "I have Uzmann-Hall syndrome. It causes some of the sex characteristics of the vagina to develop on the face instead. I was born with this but obviously no one knew until my HAIRS grew in."
Jon didn't know for sure if that was a real thing or if the rock had made it up for the wish. He would wager though it was the latter! Jon was curious what this "syndrome" consisted of.
"That's awful Karyn, I'm so sorry. But uh I have to ask, which uh, sex characteristics do you mean" Jon asked.
"I don't have any sexual nerve endings in my vagina or clitoris, all of them ended up in my nose. And as you can see, my pubic hair ended up on my face surrounding my nose instead of on my groin surrounding my vulva. So even though I have all this pubic hair on my face, I've never had a single one, um, down there."
Holy shit Jon thought to himself! "What? So you mean when you, you know, masturbate you rub your nose?"
Karyn blushed in embarrassment, "Uh yeah, I have to. Masturbating or having sex with my vagina doesn't give me any sexual pleasure. Sure, I can still feel the skin down below but it doesn't, you know, DO anything for me. I have to rub my nose to get off because that's where all the uh action is for me on my body. My vagina is still fully functional as a reproductive organ. I mean, I can get pregnant and everything in it. It's just not a sexual organ for me. Even my sexual thoughts and fantasies involve guys doing stuff to my nose, not my other thing down there."
"Okay, I guess I get the nerve ending stuff, but why don't you just shave or otherwise remove the pubic hairs at least?"
"I've tried obviously! The nerves in the follicles are so sensitive it painfully burns if I do anything to remove the hair. It's just better to deal with having it."
Wow, Jon thought, my wish for a bizarre transformation sure came true!
Just then a knock on the door made him turn around, and Jon saw his mother. Jon instantly realized his poor wish wording of 'at LEAST' one person had caused her to change too!
But Jon got an even bigger shock when he saw exactly what transformation had happened to HER..
