Karyn had six breasts, with two pairs underneath her original, wish enlarged, pair. Each pair seemed to be about one cup size smaller than thei pair above it. "Hey, Jon," said Karyn, "Have you figured out a way for my boobs to get back to normal? These things were heavy before, you know, and having all six of my boobs go up a cup size has been making it impossible for me to sleep, much less breath."
Jon watched in fascination as six beautiful breasts bounced in front of him as Karyn walked around the room and admired the three sets of bra straps that showed up against the back of her shirt.
"Uh," Jon said, "I'm still working on getting the wording right. We don't want this to backfire on us and make the situation worse." Karyn didn't seem to find it strange that she suddenly sported an additional four breasts, though having not heard the wish, Jon figured that there would be a logical explination.
"You're right," said Karyn. "I'm going to get something to drink. Then maybe we can discuss how we are going to solve this."
As Karyn went to get a soda, Jon wished, "I wish I knew the explanation that would be used to account for Karyn's additional breasts." The stone flashed. It told Jon that there were certain genetic defects that caused women, and even men, to have additional nipples and even extra breasts. Karyn's was simply an unusula form of one of those defects, giving her symmetrical and fully functional breasts beneath her original pair. Also, because of her wish to have Sarah's breasts, her additional breasts were increased proportionately to adjust for her original breast's growth. Those must be heavy, Jon thought. Particularly added together. I guess I should think these things through before making such vague wishes.
At that point Karyn came back into the room. "So," she said, "any ideas?"
