Bast sighed as she set to work. Transferring as much power into the room her plan started. A altar found and blessed. A gift for Jon placed in the altar for when she returned. "Hopefully that will help you to get used to your new body should you accept it. "
She took a deep breath and the portal closed. Even just that amount burning out the connection making it that much harder for anybody to reestablish a link, at least not without a large source of power on the other end.
Finally after walking around and working off her anger, Jon returned home. The moment she stepped inside she could feel the change, the connection to Bast's temple was gone.
She could feel the left over traces of the gift and picked it up. Bast's voice filled her head "I am sorry I had to leave like that. A bunch of others were getting close to invading your world. I put as much of my power in the altar as possible before burning the connection out. Once you have enough followers I will be able to reconnect and help you with the stone. Until then I have a gift for you to hopefully help you adjust to the body. If you want it, imagine it entering your body and it will do so."
Jon nods and the blessing entered her and spreads out. Bast's final words for her priestess filled her ears "I will give you a run down of the gift. Normally an animal's heat cycle is over a year. I have removed a lot of the time from yours so that it is monthly. Also you don't need to worry about having cubs. If you want them you will get pregnant. If you don't want them you can have as much sex as you want without worry."
