Jon looks over her room and the portal to Bast's main temple. "So what do I do?"
Bast smiles "It is simple. Fly around the town and I will be able to watch and direct you to a good spot."
"Fly? I have issues with walking. If I think of moving my arms, the front legs move and I fall over" the sphinx says.
Bast sighs "Ok. I will have to help you." she says floating though the window.
"How did you do that?" Jon asks.
"I ma not actually here remember. I am just an image with limited influence over my contacts." the goddess smiles " Now you can either climb out of the window or climb up here from the outside."
Jon protests but eventually finds herself on the roof outside of the bedroom. "Ok. So how are you going to help me."
"Jump off" the goddess says smiling"and while I might not be physically here, I can still influence you in ways you might not like. I am a goddess of mothers, fertility and lust after all."
"Fine you win" the sphinx growls and jumps off. Closing her eyes she waited to hit the ground but soon found herself flying.
"See, all you needed was a little push" she hears as a whisper and turns to see Bast sitting just in front of her wings "Now we can look for a suitable place for a temple"
