Unfortunately, athletic ability didn't preclude the occasional trip-up, which is what happened to Karyn as she ran the obstacle course. Who knew that she would accidentally trip? And after she made a wish to make herself athletically better than Jon? Maybe she should have wished that she would win.
But in the end, Jon won, despite his lack of confidence in himself.
