"I think I'll choose... I choose..." As much as he wanted to choose quickly, he couldn't stop hesitating. He felt like each choice had things he'd rather have. The first choice allowed him to pick what to wear to an extent, but only heels. He could pick only the lowest heels possible and it would work, but he had a feeling Sarah wouldn't let him get away with it, and he might and up only in high heels. Not to mention he would have to buy them... He guessed he could ask Karyn and he was planning to do just that for his first pair if he chooses this option and was stuck in school, but he would probably need to go to make sure they were the right size.

On the other hand, the second option wouldn't let him choose anything, but they didn't have to be heels. And it would also adapt to the situation... Did it mean they would become sneakers whenever he had to run? He probably wouldn't hesitate if it wasn't for the last part. 'Looks over practicality' could mean he would still spend a lot of time in heels, and probably higher than the one he would choose with the other option. At least, he wouldn't have to buy them as they would appear directly on his feet.

"Don't hesitate too much. Time is ticking!" Reminded Sarah, but in reality, Jon still had some time left. He had five minutes to decide for each choice, leaving him a little over three minutes left, but she didn't want him to know that. If he thought he had less time, he would be more likely to make the wrong decision in a rush.

Jon indeed panicked, thinking he only had seconds left. "I'll take the... Second option... No the first! No, wait! The second..." He hesitated. "Yeah, the second is fine." He finally decided.

"Well, only your first answer count, so it would have been the second option regardless." Sarah declared. She was pretty happy with this choice. Not only would she not need to help him get some shoes, but she also wouldn't have to use another choice to make sure his shoes were girly enough.

Jon wasn't aware of her thoughts. He had focused his attention toward his feet, particularly his shoes. He had been able to see the last instant they were still sneakers before they began to grow blurry. He could see, as well as sense them reshaping on his feet. He watched as they became fuchsia and as they forced his feet on tip-toe. It took only a few seconds and he was sporting some golden high heeled sandals, maybe 7 or 8 centimeters high. If he hadn't known it would happen, he probably would have fallen. Even now, after his shoes finished changing, he still didn't feel steady on his feet.

"Well, it looks like you won't need to go to the mall barefoot, aren't you glad?" mocked Sarah.

Jon didn't answer, he was too busy trying not to fall as he walked toward the wall to use it as support. He was already regretting his decision, the first option would probably have been better. "How long are you planning on watching me?" He asked Sarah, who was gleefully watching his struggle.

"Not too long, don't worry." Changing Jon, or at least his shoes, had leaved her with an immense feeling of satisfaction. She was savoring this sensation, watching his feet almost creepily. His new shoes were exactly the kind she wanted Jon to wear, they were the type she would buy for herself if she saw them, though maybe in a different color. Of course, on Jon, it didn't look that good. It clashed with his male outfit, and his feet weren't taken care of enough to be shown in this type of shoes. However, this could be improved later.

"How often will they change?" Asked Jon, trying to get Sarah to stop staring.

"Well, that depends on you." She finally looked at his face again. "They change when the situation you're in changes. If you stay at home all day long, it shouldn't change much, but it could change a lot if you move around, depending of where you are and who is with you."

"But won't people notice?"

"No, except for us... and Karyn of course."Sarah answered, remembering Karyn. "They will think you changed shoes while they weren't paying attention or that you had these shoes on to begin with. Though you will probably be known for the number of different shoes you have after a little time."

Jon sighed, he didn't know what would be enough to get his shoes to change, but he was certain they would change too much for his liking. He could already predict he would fall often when the heel would change size without him being ready for it.

"I guess I'll head home now." Sarah finally said after one last look at his heels. "Good luck going home, remember you can always call me if you want me to change something."

"I won't." Simply replied Jon.

"We'll see... I wonder how far you will go before you have enough of falling." With that last taunt, she started walking away. "See you tomorrow!"

Jon was left alone in the corridor, still leaning against a wall. He got back inside his class, his heels clacking against the tile but his gait steadier than earlier, but far from steady enough. He sat on a desk at the front row and took his phone and quickly found the person he wanted to call.

"Jon?! Are you alright?" Inquired Karyn as soon as she picked up. "You said you would keep your phone turned off to avoid Sarah's call."

"Yeah... That would have worked if she didn't ambush me after my last class."

"What happened?" She asked worried.

Jon looked gloomily at his heels. "I think I'll need your help to get home..."
