"M-Mom?" Jon stammered.
"Yes, dear," she answered, as though nothing were out of the ordinary. Jon couldn't believe what had happened. He had wanted to put Sarah McMillian in her place and have a little fun sex while he was at it, not be permanently attached to his mother! Knowing he needed to fix the problem, Jon decided to find out what she knew. Using Karyn, Jon picked up the stone and had her whisper, "I wish Mom would not think any question I ask her in the next half hour unusual."
"Mom, how did we get like this?" Jon asked.
"Dear, don't you remember the field trip to the science lab last week?" she replied. "There was a chemical explosion, and we got fused like this. They said that it occasionally happens, and that it shouldn't affect our healths."
"Okay," Jon thought to himself, "that explains why she's not freaking out right now over being a part of me. Now I need to find out how she feels about it and how we have adapted." Jon asked his mother, "So, since then, what has happened? How have we been living like this?"
"Well, obviously we were both upset," she answered. "But, there was really nothing that anyone could do about it. Besides, Karyn has been your right hand since you were born, so it wasn't such a huge adjustment for you. It was really awkward at first, dressing in front of each other and showering and stuff, but I have pretty much reached the conclusion that I'm part of you now; as much as any other body part you have. As such, I am yours to command, and so I have nothing to hide from you. Besides, you've been so nice, even allowing your father and I to have sex a couple of times."
"OH... MY... GOD!!!" Jon barely suppressed the mental shout. "Gonna have to do something about that. One more question then." Jon concluded his questions by asking, "Mom, what does it mean to you when I say that I have a wishing stone?"
