After they got to the college campus, they sought out Jon. They checked his dorm, but he wasn't there. So then they checked out Megan's dorm, which was actually a sorority house.
Walking in, they saw a girl at a desk. She was blonde, cute, wearing a pink halter top and a white pleated miniskirt. In fact, she made Karyn think of Sarah McMillan. The whole sorority was probably like that. It turned out that this girl's personality was much like Sarah's as well.
"What do you want?"
"I'm looking for my sister. Her name is Megan. Megan Black," Karyn said.
"Yeah, I know Megan. She never said she had a sister. But if you are her sister then I can see why she never mentioned you."
Karyn was getting irritated. She plunged her hand into her bag (which was made of black velvet, by the way) and pulled out her driver's license. "Here. See?"
The girl seemed put off, but she was still convinced. She sighed. "Fine. Her room is on the third floor."
"Thanks," Karyn said. They walked to the stairs, hearing the girl make a comment that was loud enough to hear.
"Freaks."
Karyn turned around, about to ask the girl to repeat what she said. But Zoe stopped her. "Just leave her."
Karyn turned back around and they headed upstairs.
They saw dozens of sexy, mostly blonde, and pink-clothed (although there was also purple, light blue, and other pastel colors) sorority girls roaming around. They all gave Karyn and Zoe looks of disgust. Zoe was used to this, Karyn was not.
Karyn was glad that they had gotten to the college. She was only a moment away from changing herself back to normal. Once she changed back, those disgusted girls wouldn't be disgusted anymore. At least not of her.
When they got to Megan's room, they opened the door.
