Jon wasn't exactly sure what the full side effects of the eraser would be. He assumed that he was actually changing this woman in reality, but to what end? Did the fact that she didn't wear underwear for her most recent shoot change her whole personality? He decided he didn't care and to push the magic as far as he could. If he ended up regretting any of it, surely he could find some reversal, right? At least that was what he told himself as he lifted the eraser once again.
"Let's try something really big," he told himself as he spotted Dawn's height, listed as 5'7". Carefully, he scratched out the 5' altogether. As soon as he was done, the magazine shifted more than ever. Suddenly, Dawn wasn't just sitting on the dresser. She was standing on it and the picture was zoomed in, revealing a tiny, naked woman just over half a foot tall.
Lots of other stuff changed, too. The magazine now featured Dawn on the cover with a full, detailed story of her incredible ordeal. It seems she was an ordinary full-sized Playboy pinup until a recent photoshoot on a local beach led to her getting splashed with a toxic chemical. In no time at all, she shrank down to the size of a doll and now, for the first time anywhere, she's appearing in a photo spread.
Jon was astonished and he really didn't know what to think. Did the eraser retroactively make that backstory an actual reality or did it change the magazine to be of a sillier style?
No matter what, Jon decided to keep going.
