Jon told himself that he would stop testing the rings and actually pay attention in the next two class periods before lunch.
For the most part he succeeded, but gave into temptation a couple times. He discovered that while a Subservient Bimbo teacher was good for a few laughs, a class full of Subservient Bimbo students became annoying fast.
In between classes he saw Sharon Miller again. She had found pink ribbon to replace the rubber bands holding up her pigtails and was licking suggestively at a Blowpop. Sharon spotted Jon and smiled around her lollipop before turning and strutting to her next class. She took the time to glance back and make sure Jon was still watching her ass.
Lunch time arrived and Jon was excited about sharing his discoveries with Karyn. He found her sitting at their usual table and sat down next to her.
"Hey Jon-boy, it's been an interesting morning," she greeted him with a slightly exasperated smile.
"Oh, really?" Jon doubted her morning was more interesting than his.
"Now that I'm blond and busty I'm getting a lot of attention. Or I guess to everyone else I've always been blond and busty. It's weird having people look at me different. Brent from my computer class almost asked me out, and it took him a good ten minutes to work up the nerve to even talk to me. I'm still considered a geek, but I'm not as unpopular as I used to be. Some guy made fun of me in the hall before lunch and another guy, a senior, actually punched him and told him to mind his manners. It was pretty weird...kinda fun, but weird." She stopped for a breath. "So any great thoughts on how to change me back to normal?"
Jon felt a bit bad for not even thinking about Karyn's accidental wish all day. He knew the rings could not change her back, but maybe one of the other magic items back in his room could help her. Now was as good a time to tell her about the rings anyway, and for fun he slipped his hand into the pouch and found a ring on his finger. "Sorry, Karyn. I haven't come up with anything yet."
Karyn's smile turned into a sneer. "Good. I don't want to go back to plain old hair style. So don't get any ideas in that scruffy little head of yours about using wishes on me. I wouldn't even be sitting with a dork like you if you didn't have that rock."
Jon was taken aback by the change in her for a second, then realized what must have happened. He looked at his finger and sure enough saw the green ring with Snobbish engraved on it. Jon really didn't like this version of Karyn so he slipped the ring off and watched her friendly smile return. The hormone driven teenager in him really liked the way Karyn looked with her enhancements, and was torn about whether to try another ring...just to see what happens...or to tell her about them...
