"No!" yelled Jon. "Get off of me!" Which is what he should have said to begin with.
"You're serious," said Gabe. "You know what, Jon, you're a tease. A damn tease. God I so want to fuck you..."
Gabe began to put on his clothes, mumbling curse words under his breath.
Jon picked up the stone, while thinking. Why did he panic? There wasn't really any need to. He had wished Gabe wanted to have sex with him. Well, Jon himself had wanted to have sex with people lots of times. He knew the feeling, and he knew that wanting to have sex with someone doesn't make you a rapist.
But still, thought Jon as he remembered the orgasm, it couldn't hurt to try again. "I wish that, for the next week, I would have a vagina instead of my penis and balls." Then he told Gabe "No, don't go" and helped him undo his trousers again. They kissed and soon Jon and Gabe were having sex....

"So what about Gabe?"
"Hmm," said Jon. "What about Gabe? When I made the first wish and he came in, he should have thought I always had a vagina. So why didn't he?"
Elsewhere in the town, Gabe was laughing. He had first heard of the stone only through rumors--but several different people, who all happened to be with Sarah when Jon changed the color of a tree branch, said the same thing happened. It was almost unbelievable. But there was only one way to find out for sure.
So Gabe broke in and stole the stone. He might have kept it, but upon reading the note he really didn't want Jon's "dead" grandfather to come to town and catch him with a stolen stone, so he just made a few wishes instead. And Gabe had heard too many stories of twisted Monkey's Paw style wishes to wish that he had money, or absolute power, or an infinite supply of wishes. Instead, he limited his wish to a small test, just to see how cooperative the stone was. If the stone gave him what he asked for without twisting it, and it stayed untwisted for a while, he could steal it again later and get his real wish.
For his test, he decided to wish that Jon would get a vagina. Much of the school didn't know it, but Gabe was bisexual, and he thought sex with Jon might be fun. Jon would certainly experiment with his vagina when he got it, and if Gabe arranged to be there at the time, he'd have his chance. And that test seemed to succeed.
