Karyn looked around at all of the houses in the neighborhood. This was a bad idea, she thought. Why did we even skip school? This could have waited. Now I have no idea where Jon is. Karyn walked to the place where Jon had been standing when she pressed the button. She looked up at the nearest house, which, if she remembered correctly, belonged to Steve "the Stud" Farber. She thought about going to the door and investigating, but it didn't look like anybody was home. Karyn looked down at the remote. This time she'd set the timer for twenty minutes, but there was still some time left. I guess I'll just have to wait it out.

A few minutes later, the front door of Steve's house opened, and Steve walked out. That's strange, Karyn thought. Steve had to have been the closest person to Jon when I pressed the button. Where could he be? At that momen, another person walked out the door. It was Jon, wearing a very short skirt and revealing tank top. The two paused for a moment on the porch and embraced each other. They kissed deeply, and Jon lifted a high-heeled foot in the air behind him. The two broke their embrace, not even noticing Karyn staring at them, and then quickly jumped into Steve's car and sped off towards the school. Better late than never, I guess, Karyn thought.

Almost as soon as the car rounded a corner, Jon reappeared right in front of Karyn. Jon nearly fainted, and Karyn let out a chuckle. "You two make a cute couple," She said.

"Ohmigod, Karyn," Jon said. "That was, like, so not cool. Do you, like, have any idea what he did to me?"

"What the hell? Jon, you're still acting kind of like Vicky." Jon looked at himself and noticed the feminine posture he was standing in. He shook his head and adjusted his stance.

"Odd. I didn't even notice until you told me. I must have picked up some of her personality when I left her. Maybe it had something to do with me being another person for a longer period of time."

"Maybe," Karyn added. "There's only one way to find out. How about a thirty minutes as somebody else?" She started adjusting the timer again.

"No way. Not after what happened last time." Karyn was already running down the street, distancing herself from Jon. "Don't even think about it," he yelled to her, "If you press that button I'll ki-" he didn't even finish his sentence as he immediately disappeared. Karyn glanced around.

"Now where did you go, Jon." Karyn asked herself as she began to look around.
