"It's people like you who are selfish enough to only think of themselves. I wish you had to deal with what I'm dealing with."
Which had the effect one might expect.
The first thing Jon noticed, strangely, was that he was now wearing clothes. But then, the wish was only for him to become naked, not to stay that way forever--it was like wishing to be at the mall, you could still walk away from it.
Jon felt his body twist, something push at him from the inside. He heard the pregnant woman scream at seeing him transform and run away with her child--luckily she dropped the stone in her haste. Jon bent over to pick up the stone before Pete could but could barely get it into his hands as his stomach expanded and he felt bloated and sick. He knew that he was now a pregnant woman.
"Mommy, are you okay?" said a voice.
Jon looked at the source. She expected it to be the pregnant woman's daughter, but it wasn't. It was a different little girl. It was a child of about 4 years old, who looked very much like Jon did in his old baby pictures at that age, except she was a girl--Jon's daughter, who a moment ago didn't exist any more than the pregnancy did.
"I'm okay," said Jon. What could she say?
"Oh, that's rich," said Pete. "You're a pregnant woman and you have a daughter."
"I also have something else," said Jon. "The stone."
"Wait a minute, man" said Pete. "Don't use that on me. You have to be able to use it to fix your problem somehow. Wish for something else, I didn't really want to hurt you, it was that woman who made this wish..."
Pete could only listen, not knowing whether Jon would try to fix herself or take revenge, as she said "I wish...."
