"I don't know I though I could please you, Jon. After all you did set me free, in a way."
Stone, the girl with the golden eyes and shimmering black hair who used to be the magic wishing stone, continued to caress Karyn. She didn't know or didn't care that doing so was completely inappropriate in a school library. Even Sara, who stood a few feet from Jon, was shocked at the sight.
Strangely, Karyn didn't resist. She was stunned like the others, but had enough of her wits that she should have tried to stop Stone. And yet she didn't
"Well, Stop!" Jon said, almost shouting. Stone did so, but wrapped her arms around Karyn's bare middle and nuzzled her face into the Genie's neck.
"Awww, I could have given you a really good show." She said with a seductive smile.
"Master, can you, uh, get rid of her?" Karyn asked, trying to put her Genie costume back in place, and fighting Stone's playful hands the whole time.
Jon gripped Karyn's lamp tighter and stepped forward, "Get out of her Stone, before I turn you back into a rock. Without the magic powers."
The girl laughed, almost cackled, such that even Sara felt tingles down her spine. Then she pushed some of Karyn's hair away and whispered just loud enough in the genie's ear that all four people heard her.
"I wish that no wish could affect me without my approval."
"Your word is my law, Mistress," Karyn spoke, her eyes flashing. Stone smiled, turned Karyn's head, and kissed her on the lips.
"You're a very good Genie," Stone said, "and I wish that you will be a Genie forever."
"No, wait!" Jon said, but Karyn was already speaking, her magic flaring gold.
"Your wish is my law. I will forever be a Genie who serves others."
"How -- how are you doing this? I'm Karyn's Master." Jon asked.
"Ohh, because Karyn is not just a Genie. She's also the stone, and wishing on her follows all the rules of the stone. All you need is to touch her, and all wishes are permanent, et cetera et cetera." Stone said, with a little giggle.
"For crying out loud, Jon, get rid of this crazy bitch," Sara said.
"Oooh, do you feel left out, Sara? I know, why don't I wish . . ."
Jon, finally coming to his senses, spoke quickly, before Stone could finish her wish, "Karyn, get back in your lamp."
All at once Karyn's body dissolved into smoke and poured from where she stood into the nozzle of the golden lamp; the golden lamp she would forever be bound to because Jon was too slow to do something.
But, for the moment, Stone was powerless. No magic, no Genie. But she also couldn't be affected by wishes, so Jon couldn't do anything to threaten her. Stone stood there in her harem costume, pouting lightly at loosing Karyn.
"I was just starting to have fun, too. But that's fine, Karyn will be my Genie eventually, and I'll do with her as I please. And after that . . . everyone will do as I please."
Stone smiled again and backed away, already forming plans and fantasizing about what she would do with Jon, Sara, and Karyn. They watched her go and then turned to look at one another. And for half a second, they seemed to come to a truce.
That was when Sara . . .
