Genie, I wish that Andrea would become my doll she stole from me in kindergarten."
For the third time in as many minutes, Karyn bowed and waved her arms, "Your wish is my law, Mistress." Andrea looked at the Genie for a moment, wide eyed. But her eyes became a blank, though happy, stare and her body became rigid. A moment later, she looked like this:
Sarah grinned and picked up the plastic Andrea doll. She moved her arms and made her walk through the air, "Do-do-do-doot." Karyn's Mistress giggled even.
"Mistress, might I ask why turn her into a doll?" The Genie said, looking over Sarah's shoulder.
She sighed, "I cried more when she took Carrie Clown than I did when she took Gary, Genie." Sarah stood up again, "Now, to home, Genie." Her mistress held up Karyn's lamp, and the Genie returned to her vessel. She knew that Sarah would likely continue to be her Mistress, but Karyn had a feeling that Genie lamps rarely stayed in one hand for long . . .
