Jon smiled as he thought of his beloved Karyn. A part of him still couldn't believe he was dating the fraternal twin of the most popular (and bitchiest) girl in their school.
Karyn's accidental wish for blonde hair and big boobs may have given them identical figures, but like their personalities, their faces were still different. Sarah had higher cheekbones and pointed chin, while Karyn had a lovely, heart-shaped face.
Though he knew Sarah would probably be an awful sister-in-law, Jon couldn't have cared less. He loved Karyn McMillan more than he would any other girl.
Meanwhile, back in Jon's room, Karyn stared in shock at her altered figure, completely unaware of her changed history for the second time that day.
"Shit!" Karyn cursed at herself.
Instead of changing her breasts to match the rest of her skinny tomboy body, it changed her body to be more like the one she accidentally modeled her boobs after. In the span of a single afternoon, Karyn had gone from an unpopular tomboy to a cheerleader who could probably give the Homecoming Queen a run for her money in the looks department.
On a closer look at her new body, Karyn noticed that her legs were a bit longer and curvier as well, making her bit taller than her normally petite frame.
This was awful! She was supposed to be an anti-cool tomboy, not some kind of bimbo cheerleader. And if her bedroom and report cards she saw earlier were any indication, as far as the world was concerned, Karyn had always been an airheaded cheerleader.
None of this made any sense - her new body, her new life. She just wanted things to again reflect the smart young woman she was on the inside.
She tensed up at the sound of Jon coming back up the stairs. Even though Karyn wouldn't admit it, she'd been feeling very intellectually insecure since her botched wish and its apparent effect on her grades. She wanted to come up with a solution to her problems without having to burden her boyfriend.
Of course, insecurities and a rushed schedule do make for good qualities when wishing. If Karyn had kept this in mind, she may not have held the rock and said, "I'm sick of looking like a bimbo. I wish my body and my brain matched."
Karyn grew dizzy for a moment before looking back to her reflection expectantly. She looked exactly the same.
"I guess, like, the wish didn't work," the blonde teen said with a pout.
