“What the? Hey, you can’t push him like that....” Sugar exclaimed, trailing off as she recognized who pushed Jonni. After composing himself, Jonni managed to free himself from his locker and turned around to face whoever it was, and… Oh.

Standing in front of him, fuming with rage, was none other than Dakota McKenzie. His hands on his hips, Dakota was wearing a white frilly tank top that left little to the imagination, a hot pink mini skirt that was so tight that you could see a prominent bulge, and 3-inch heels that matched his top. His blonde hair was long and wavy tied up with a pink (and over-the-top, in Jonni’s opinion) ribbon. He carried a small pink purse in his hand.

“So, like, what?” Dakota started, switching between looking at Jonni and Sugar, “You two are, like, dating now?”

Sugar nodded and, after making sure that Jonni was alright, stepped in front of him to protect him.

“Yeah, we are,” she said defensively, folding her arms across her chest. “You got a problem with that?”

Dakota growled angrily, which was very unboyish of him. “Of course I’ve got a problem with that,” he added through gritted teeth, barely avoiding yelling in the hall.

“We dated for three years and then suddenly, you, like, dump me in front of the whole school and move on to this…” he trailed off, motioning in Jonni’s direction. “This… skank…” He spat the last word out at Jonni. “You coulda had this!” he gestured to his body.

“Sure I could have, but I didn’t, I wanted this,” Sugar added, pointing to her head. “You got a great body… Not so much a great brain. You’re just another flirty bitch. That’s why I left you.”

“Who’s the bitch here, a pretty boy or a girl who dumps him without warning?” Meanwhile, Jonni grabbed his English books and closed his locker.

“Sugar…” Jonni started, tugging on her arm. “Let it go.” He tugged on her arm again, but Sugar just shrugged it off, ignoring him as she swung her arm out and—

"Miss Moss!" a voice yelled out from down the hall, causing Sugar to be distracted and her punch to go wild. "Just what do you think you are doing!?"

“Sorry,” Sugar called out.

“Well, consider this a warning. Let’s not throw punches, OK?”

“Got it,” Sugar replied as she and Jonni hurried off to class.

“This isn’t over, bitch!” Dakota yelled back.
