"What's it like?" Trent finally hazarded.
"So far it is pretty strange. You should see the videos she left me."
"Uh... Okay." Trent replied after an awkward pause. The nthe awkward silence continued until Trent broke it again.
"Man, I envy you."
"What?! Why? Dude, this is my sister's body!" Sam said pulling gently at the clothes she wore.
"I'm not expecting you to be turned on by it or anything. I was just thinking about the opportunity you have to understand girls. They're a total mystery to me. If I were you I wouldn't rush to get back to my body. I'd want to wait until I had a bit of knowledge." Trent said staring off into space like he was possessed by something.
"I'm not having sex with you to find out what that is like." Sam said stiffly.
"Whoa! jumping a few steps ahead. I was just saying you can go places I can't. You can get into their inner sanctum, so to speak. You can find out what they really think and what they are really talking about."
"I don't know how long I'll be stuck like this. Holly isn't answering my calls. I don't imagine it will be too long though. She is living as me with our dad. I guess it could be fun to find out how the other half lives." Sam admitted.
"Although with Holly's recent breakup you are going to find yourself really popular with the single guys."
"Jesus, I don't want to deal with that. You just had me thinking about hanging out in the girl's locker room. Then you throw that at me. Thanks."
Trent sat quietly, he wanted to speak but was unsure of what he was going to say, then it came out:
"If people thought I was your boyfriend.... I mean... just thought. You could fill me in on what you learn and I could be your beard with the guys."
"Weird again. But yeah, I guess that's a good plan. Snookie Bear." Sam joked.
Trent laughed, "Then it's a deal, Sweet Lips."
"We really have to work on those pet names. School starts tomorrow. Come to my mom's house after school and we'll make our back story."
"It's a date" Trent smiled. "You should probably get back to Amber. I'm gonna head home for tonight.
They said their good byes. Sam re-entered the club and found Amber.
