"She's what?" Jon asked skeptically.
"She's going to school wearing a peacock blue bra and no panties," Karyn explained.
"How can she do that?" Jon asked, looking over Karyn's shoulder. She jabbed him with her elbow.
"Apparently it's OK," Karyn observed. "Look, here comes Brad, or David, or Greg, or Mike, or Robert, or Ryan, or whatever the quarterback's name is. He's picking her up in his convertible and he's not acting as if there's anything unusual about her. C'mon, let's go. If you were supposed to wear anything else, it would've been here in your room."
Self-conscious as hell, Jon followed Karyn into the hallway. The fact that her back, butt, and legs looked so good with nothing covering them might have had something to do with it. In his preoccupation with Karyn, though, Jon never noticed his younger sister Zoe sneaking up behind him. She poked his bare butt with her finger.
"What was that for?" Jon asked angrily as he spun around. Then, however, the sight of Zoe wearing only a little black bra and a thin pair of black bikini panties stopped him.
"Shouldn't you be getting dressed?" Jon asked Zoe without thinking.
"I am, and more than you," Zoe replied. "I thought you didn't like those. I thought you told mom you weren't gonna to wear 'em, even though she bought 'em for you."
"Karyn made me do it," I explained truthfully. "If you like 'em so much, get your own."
"Hmpf," Zoe grumbled, then she bounced off to her room. I tried not to watch her butt and failed.
"C'mon you two or you're going to be late," I heard my mom call. Well, this is it, I thought as Karen ran ahead to the kitchen.
