Jon sat down on his cell bed and looked at the stone. He could have wished himself out of jail, but the stone would probably think up some way to make it interesting. And Jon didn't want things to be interesting, he just wanted things back to normal.
"Hey, kid," a scruffy guy said, from the cell across from Jon's. "What is that?"
Jon stood up and walked towards the bars. "It's a stone," he said. Suddenly, the stone grew warm in his hand, as if he made a wish (although, he didn't), and then it became hot. He ended up dropping it and he watched as it skidded across the floor and into the cell across from his.
"No!" he yelled out. He didn't know how it was possible, but the stone did this. He saw that it had a mind of its own (when it became the genie woman) and now it was using it. Perhaps it was fed up from Jon always being its owner?
The prisoner in the cell picked it up.
