A little while later, Jon was still at home, he had made Mikey and himself some lunch, and was now watching TV and zoning out, he had tried to grab the stone again but couldn't.
He realized that he needed to call Kieth and Eric. he got his cell phone, or what used to be his mothers, and dialed Keith's number, noticing that his nails were painting, he just realized that while watching TV he had subconsciously started painting his nails.
"Hello"
"Keith! this is Jon! I really need to talk to you, what happened with the stone after I left it with you."
"Oh yeah we need to talk to you about that, but we're kinda busy right now, well actually, we were about to get mani-pedi's, we're about to drive by your place, if you wanna join, since aren't you the mom today?"
"i'd love to bu-... wait no I don't want to, plus I have Mikey here too, why are you guys getting mani-pedi's?
"oh we just felt like it, Eric showed me his wedding dress, and we decided we needed some pampering, and one of us could watch Mikey while the other two are getting done, its no big deal, sure you don't want to come?"
Jon, realizing, whatever had happened, wasn't localized to him, realized he needed to get answers, and maybe see the town, decided this was his best option.
"Yeah I guess I'll join you guys, I'll be right out."
