As the light subsided, Jon saw his mom leaning over him, a look of concern on her face.
"Are you alright sweetie?" she asked, feeling your forehead.
"Yeah, I think I'm okay," you replied, looking around for the rest of your family.
"The doctor will be here soon." You heard Mikey say,as you looked around for him.
As you sat up to look for him, you were met with an unexpected surprise. Your family's heads were now attached to your mom's body. Each head, including your mom's, was connected to what looked like very stretchable necks, one for each head. Mikey's head was stretched over to the phone in the kitchen, while your mom's, dad's and Zoe's heads were hovering over you. Looking at your mom's body, she now had four arms, her own original two and Zoe's. As Mikey's head retracted back to their body, his dad began to speak.
"Listen,sweetheart, as your mother, we are just looking out for you. So we just want to make sure your okay, even if you feel fine."
Zoe continued, "Just lay back on the couch, watch some t.v and wait until the doctor gets here to check you out."
"We're going to stay home today, so we can take care of you." Mikey finished.
Your mom turned her head to the rest of the family, "Let's go upstairs and change out of our work clothes, then we can make Jon some nice, hot soup."
The other heads nodded in agreement and headed upstairs, leaving Jon on the sofa, confused and scared about his current predicament.
