As Jon pulled up to his driveway, he saw his mom's car already there. Rushing into the house, he called for her. Hearing noises upstairs, he quickly headed up there and knocked on her bedroom door.
Once Jon opened the door, he saw what had happened. Jon's mom now had four heads, all who looked like the original. His sister, brother and dad were now gone.
Jon's moms turned to him as he opened the door. "Where have you been, young man? You were supposed to be at home resting." Jon looked at his mom's body. It had changed again from that morning. She now had 3 pairs of arms and 3 legs, while still keeping her overall figure. She stared at Jon with all 8 eyes angrily. "Well?"
Jon answered nervously, "I'm sorry mom(s), I just had to go pick up some work I missed today."
Their anger turned to compassion. "Oh, I'm sorry sweetie. I didn't know. Well, it's getting late. You need to get ready for bed."
Heading back to his room, Jon began to ponder what to do now.
