Jon was running now, and trying not to get too distracted by some of the things he was seeing. Some of the people in town were still normal, but he passed by many more that were not, like the park full of Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders. Or the health club, where all of the men had huge breasts and were wearing skimpy pink leotards and leg warmers.
It seemed as though some of the changes seemed to be affecting people in groups, most of the normal people he saw were by themselves - although they too were oblivious to the changes.
Finally he made it to the lab. Or, at least where the lab was supposed to be. In its place was a large mansion, which seemed a bit out of place in the surrounding industrial park.
There was a tall fence around the outside of the property, but the gate was open. Jon ran up the driveway to the front door. He ran inside without bothering to knock.
The house was just as palatial on the inside as the outside. Jon nearly slipped as he ran across the marble floor of the foyer. He wasn't at all sure where to go, but he hoped he'd find somebody.
