Back at his house, Jon decided not to argue with his mom about Zoe's music. He knew she was acting out of the ordinary, so guessed that there was a wish involved. He said goodnight to her, or more accurately yelled it over the metal music, and went to his room to retrieve the stone. Jon had recovered the notebook of wishes wished on the well and put together that Karyn's abductor was a guy named Cecil. He had a plan to slow him down, hopefully before he did Karyn any lasting harm.
Jon picked up the stone, took a breath, and realized that he could barely hear himself think. If he made a wish this close to Zoe's sound system he might not hear it himself. He loudly swore at his little sister (using words he'd never use if he could be heard) and went outside.
Alison Black, Karyn's mother, walked over to the minibar and downed a sample size bottle of tequila. She coughed a bit at the burn in her throat and sat down, already reaching for another bottle.
Karyn watched her mom swig some whiskey and rolled her eyes. It just wasn't as much fun having her mother watch her slut it up when she was drunk. And Cecil said something about her joining in. That was just out of line, there was no way...
"I bet all those times you had your mother watch, you were just trying to tempt her to join you for sex. Isn't that right, Karyn?" Cecil asked with a smile, interrupting her train of thought.
Karyn blinked and looked at her mother in a new light. Alison was a strong, graceful woman...and damn sexy to boot. Of course Karyn wanted her. And what better way than to share her with a man. "Mmmm, hey Cecil. How about you do me so we can tempt mommy dearest into joining us."
Cecil could not get enough of changing these women's minds. He grinned and thought if there were any more perversions to add before beginning the show.
Jon walked back outside, his head still throbbing from the shovel blow and the blaring metal music. He tried to focus on a plan to get Karyn back and decided on step one to minimize the damage. "I wish that Cecil could not speak."
