Satisfied, Jon said, "cheeseball," and stepped back and surveyed his handiwork. Biff walked up to Sarah's bedroom, and the two shared a quick kiss. Biff tried to cup one of Sarah's breasts, but she slapped his hand away. Jon couldn't stop laughing. Sarah now was covered in pimples that were once on her younger brother's body. In addition, she now had braces (again courtesy of her brother) and seemed to have inherited the minor speech impediments that came with them. Jon laughed as he left the two of them.
