Jon (now Jenna) knew he had to reclaim the stone quickly before Zoe made any more disastrous wishes. (As if, he thought, any of here wishes weren't disasters.)
Fortunately, Jenna's mom had taken in the mail earlier and left it on the hall table. And there, right on top, was the latest issue of her dad's fishing magazine! And there, right on the cover, was an idyllic brook lined with boulders. And there, in place of one boulder, was a nude picture of Zoe!
"Jenna, how could you do that to your own sister?" asked Karyn who, now that Jon had changed into Jenna, had stopped the flow of flagrant flirtations.
"It's only until I get the stone back," Jenna reassured her.
Of course the bolder from the magazine cover was resting in the hallway where Zoe had been, and right next to it was the wishing stone. Jenna picked up the stone and slid it inside one of her black thigh-high latex stockings for safe keeping.
"That bolder looks pretty weird wearing my old clothes," Karyn remarked.
"You want 'em back? Now would be a good time to make the switch," Jenna offered.
"Hell no! I'd never get a second of excitement wearing that dowdy old stuff. And what kind of couple would we make, you showin' off everything in those latex stockings and gloves and me dressed like a high-school frump. In fact, I feel kinda sorry for Zoe havin' to wear that stuff. What else you got there in the mail?"
"Uh, let's see," the newly christened Jenna mumbled. "Electric bill, a letter from my aunt, a garden tools catalog, we may have won ten million dollars, Cosmo, Ursula's Undies, exotic stagewear (addressed to my mom, wow, that was quick), a book of grocery coupons, lingerie sale at the occult shop, ..."
"Give me that," Karyn urged.
"Which?" asked Jenna.
