Upstairs Barbara was still reading, the AI waiting patiently for its trap to spring. Karyn confirmed that she was curious of her sudden lack of control.
"While going over the Jon's room, I found the letter and a note in the journal about the new breasts and hair of the old you. While I didn't believe it, planning for all possible events, I realized that if true you would undone all my hard work quickly with the thing. So I just made sure if you attempted to use it, it would be something that would benefit me. So now you just moved up my plans for by a few months"
