Jane hefted it in her hand, then with a smile whispered "I wish I had a lit Cuban cigar in my other hand." She felt the stone warm fractionally, then a thick cigar appeared in her other hand, its tip smouldering and giving off a rich, bluish smoke. Smiling even wider she brought the cigar to her lips and drew on it strongly, then tilted back her head and lazily exhaled a plume of smoke. As she stood there cockroaches were crawling across her body, as they were wont to do if she stayed still even for a moment, and as she exhaled one skittered across her pale, but sensitive nipple drawing a pleasurable shudder from her body, Jane had come not simple to tolerates her small 'guests' touch but in fact to welcome it. Indeed in her isolation Jane had become truly twisted; in an effort to survive she had embraced her differences, trying to take pride in who she was, but some where along the line that pride had become a fetish, a perverse thrill in the abnormal.
With the stone in her hand she could wish herself 'normal', get the loving family she'd always been denied, friends in any number she wanted, personal beauty of any magnitude. But she no longer wanted any of those things, she liked who she was now, revelled in her freakishness, and had long desired companies as twisted in body and mind as herself, and with the stone she could get them, or rather MAKE them.
Gripping the stone tightly in her hand, she set her cigar in the ashtray on the dresser top and looked at herself in the mirror. Any wish she made was permanent, and the world would reorder itself to fit, unless she specifically stated otherwise; basically any changes she made, no matter what they might be, would be considered the 'normal' state of affairs, so she could permanently twist her 'class mates' into new and freakish forms with out fear of reprisal or discovery, the very thought of it coursed her become aroused.
"I wish that I was dressed as I normally would be for school" Jane said firmly, and suddenly she was dressed in what amounted to a long black robe with a hood, and a pair of rap-around black shades to protect her eyes. Flipping up the hood, she smirked and continued, "I wish I was in the small storage area on the school roof" and she was suddenly there, in the small shed like building on the school roof, a place that she was very familiar with having often sneaked up here for a quick cigar.
Making her way out of the shed and across the roof, she accessed the stair well and started to make her way down to the into the school proper, as she did she continued wishing, "I wish that I had already tested out of all my classes, and essentially graduated school, but no one thinks it strange that I still hang around on school property" the stone only warmed very slightly at this, as it had very little work to do, people tended not to take notice of Jane unless they absolutely had too, and with her IQ she was entirely capable of having tested out of all her class on her own. As she entered the school proper, she turned and headed towards the library, were one of the few people she actually liked in the world was located, the person she had decided would be the first to experience her wonderful gift
