Authors Note/Warning: First things first, I' am intentionally founding this thread with the aim of creating something disgusting! This thread WILL have and is INTENDED to have Squicky material in it. There will be slime, gore and goo, insects and parasites, hideously mutated freaks, tentacles and well anything else I (or anyone who decides to join in) can think of, while at the same time trying to tell an actual story with an actual plot.
YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WARNED, THIS IS NOT A NICE THREAD, NOR IS IT INTENEDE TO BE, SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE A STRONG STOMACH OR A DESIRE TO READ THE DOWNRIGHT WEIRD AND DISCUSTING THEN PLEASE READ NO FURTHER.
Well with that out of the way we can move onto why anyone would want to write such a thread, and the answer is, why not? As far as I' am aware (and I could be wrong) there's not a thread like this anywhere, not just on Fiction Branches, but on any of the other addventure boards either. There are many threads were people become less than attractive, or indeed become out and out freaks, indeed some of these are what have inspired me to write this thread, but there isn't anything quite like this!
You see after reading one of the aforementioned episodes were someone became a total freak, I starting thinking about all those gory horror movies from the Seventies, Eighties and Nineties I used to watch; the Re-Animator, Basket Case, Freakshow, Freaks, Biohazard: The Alien Force, Bleeders, The Blob, Possession, Body Melt, Parasite, and so many more its not even funny. And that doesn't even count all those films from the Troma Team, and the seemingly unending flood of Zombie movies, all with there gore splattered, hideously mutated, rotting line-up of freakish abominations. Now it's true some of these films were really awful, but they had a certain charm all there own (and on certain occasions scared me shitless and warped my little mind admittedly, but anyway )
After I thought of those I thought of the cool but gross stories of Tabico, and all those stories from GOTFanart, and it suddenly struck me, wouldn't it be cool to have a thread like that?
So that what this is, a starting point for any one who wants to tell a weird, disgusting, freakish story all there very own
