jon tells jess

Jon and Jess went over to Karen Blacks house to pickup Karen and Jess's friend Megan before going to the car show. Because of Linda, their mothers wish not only were Jon and Jess affected by the wish so were their friends. So every other day it would be like a group of guys hanging out or a bunch of girls going to the mall.
After picking up Karen and Megan, they headed toward the arena where the car show was being held. While Jess and Megan were talking about the local high school footballs chances for the playoffs Jon told Karen that he had decided to fill Jess and Megan on their grandfathers wishing stone. Karen shared her concerns that if to many people knew of the stone things go badly in many ways Jon agreed but Jess was family an Megan was good friend. Karen rollickingly agreed.
Jon interrupted Jesses conversation with Megan . Jess, I've something I want to show you it is was what grandpa left me. Jess in her current state was not mad about the interruption and was curious what it was.
So Jon what did grandpa leave you. Jon looking serious yet excited said that it was magic stone that granted wishes. Jess not really taking it seriously told him to prove it. So while she looked in the rear view mirror she saw Jon pull something out of his front jean pocket and said I wish Jesses car was an old school mustang convertible. There was white flash moment later jess wasn't driving her rusty Oldsmobile four door cutlass. She freaked and to pull over to fairly empty parking lot to calm down and to question Jon on what just happened to her ride.
