The problem with this so-called "ingenius plan" was that the public at large were unaware of it, since most of the press releases were dismissed as practical jokes. When brought forth with this last resort proposition, most patients were willing, although others disliked the idea and refused.

There was one instance where an unrecognizably maimed victim of a horrible car accident (drunk driver) was brought into the ER. Unconscious, the supervising doctor made a command decision and had the medallion brought in. When it arrived, in his ineptitude he gave the victim a body she didn't exactly like.

Sharon Ginsberg, a 16 year old girl who was coming home from a party with her friends, was put into the donor body of Andrew Smart. Needless to say she was not happy, and her parents sued for malpractice. Restoring her original form would take a long time, since the medallion was booked solid.

The blame fell on Dr. Weinberg. The Doctor had felt a deep depression when it all came crashing down. He didn't anticipate the psychological effects this treatment would take on its patients, many of whom were completely unsatisfied.

That's when Dr. Weinberg decided he needed to get out. One night, he took the medallion down to the storage department, and decided he'd make his escape. All he'd need was a disguise...
