As read the assignment and saw that it said 'You are pregnant with twins'.
Kimberly soon found out that she was to go through an accelerated pregnancy, where each day was to be a month of her pregnancy.
Kimberly was given a pill to take before going to bed that night. In the morning she would suffer 'morning sickness'. But it would be worse as she would need to start wearing a 'pregnancy suit' starting Thursday.
'I wish Karen would get back in town soon and changes me back.'
Kimberly took the pill and in the morning spent nearly a half hour hugging the toilet.
Karen wasn't in school on Tuesday either.
However word of her 'pregnancy' got out and Bear was being teased about his upcoming 'fatherhood'.
Tuesday when Kimberly got home from school her mother met her. "Kimberly, are you pregnant?" she asked her daughter.
Thinking her mother knew about the school assignment, Kimberly said, "Yes."
Most of the rest of the evening was spent first with Kimberly's mother lecturing her about how stupid she was for getting pregnant. Then once Kimberly was able to convince her mother that it was only a school assignment, the rest of the evening was spent with Kimberly being lectured about what it would be like to be a single mother and that her mother expected Kimberly to learn about the consequences of sex.
Karen was gone all week.
Kimberly's mother made her wear the 'pregnancy suit' all weekend.
Karen returned to school on Monday morning. She was surprised to see Kimberly waddle around the halls, obviously very pregnant.
Kimberly was able to corner Karen after school was over.
"Please give me the stone so I can change back." Kimberly said as she struggled to get comfortable.
As Karen handed her the stone she said, "God I wish I wasn't pregnant with twins."
