Jon reached for the stone. It was the only way to stop all of this. But as he reached for it, he watched as his arm got shorter and shorter.
"What's the matter, Jon?" Kyle teased. "Can't reach the stone? Well, that's probably because 6-year olds can't reach that far," he said with a laugh.
"This isn't funny," Jon said, hearing his little girl's voice.
"Actually, I think it's hilarious," Kyle said, smiling.
At this point, Jon began to wonder why he had ever made Karyn think she was supposed to be a guy. If he hadn't, he wouldn't be at Kyle's mercy. The only grain of hope he had was the fact that in less than six hours Karyn would remember that she's supposed to be Karyn, and not Kyle. But could he hold out that long?
