Jon wondered what he was about to do but he couldn't seem to remember it. He stood outside the bathroom door twirling his shoulder-length naural blonde hair as the music blasted in the background. Usually he hated this sort of techno beat that was used exclusively for parties, but now he just couldn't help himself bobbing his head with the beat and perfectly timing the 'drop'. He didn't even notice that he'd made his way to his living room where everyone was partying. It seemed larger to him but then again all of the furniture had been moved to the side to make room for the party.
As Jon danced Steve "the stud" Farber walked up to him and gave him a squeeze in the ass. Jon giggled and rolled his eyes at what he perceived as childish behavior.
"Hey, saw you on the dance floor, your moves were nice out there, you should totally come to more parties, you're always a great addition." Steve said.
Only then did Jon notice that he'd been dancing for about 15 minutes to music he was absolutely sure he despised. Jon tried to remember what kind of music he was supposed to like but all he could think of was party music and pop. Was it classic rock? No, that couldn't be it, that stuff is so boring, he wondered how people lived it back in the olden days. Then he thought it might be metal but when he thought of it he was honestly scared by some of the lyrics and thought of some of the bands. Jon concluded that it must have been this type of house music, because why else would he dance to it? He was too caught up in the moment to realise that Steve had actually been acting nice to him for once instead of their usual form of communication which was wedgies after gym class.
"Uhm, earth to Jon, perhaps you should stop twirling that cute little hair of yours and give an answer?" Steve laughed.
"Huh what, uhm oh, sorry haha, I just get caught up in stuff from time to time. Uh yeah I totally like parties, don't know why I don't go more often, it's not like I'm too busy with school or anything. I'll definitely come to your party though" Jon giggled and gave a wink.
"Oh I'll be sure to find you there, anyways, I have a girl to fuck, see you later." Steve said as he walked off to go find his prey. Jon wondered why people would ever live such promiscuous lives as the cheerleaders and the jocks, but there was something attractive about it.
Jon kept dancing to himself for five minutes until he spotted Karyn and suddenly remembered that he was meant to ask her something before Sarah interrupted them.
