Fortunately, after Jon had closed and locked the door on her, Karyn put her ear up to the door and was able to hear all of his wishes, so her memories wouldn't change to match the new reality ... the reality where Jon was married to Biff ... ugh!
And that last wish that Jon made, when Karyn was picking the lock, was loud enough that she didn't need to lean into the door to hear it. She paused right then, knowing that it didn't matter if she opened the door or not. Jon wouldn't be there. He would be at his (ugh) husband's house. Jon and Biff were now married, which meant that not only was Jon (or rather, Boopsie) gay now, but Biff was also. Already, things had gotten out of control. And she berated herself for being so careless as to play around with the stone in the first place. It wasn't a toy, after all.
She knew she probably couldn't fix what Jon did to himself, since wishes couldn't be reversed, but she still should take the stone back. Who knew what other stupid wishes her new twink-boi of a friend would make with that thing?
So with that, she headed to Biff's house, intending on getting the stone back ... and maybe try to find a way to undo at least some of what Jon wished.
