Still unknown to her, Jon had wished that she would be an obese, shallow, vulgar slut, but he added a time limit of five days, whereas she didn't. Jon would be what she wished him to be indefinitely. Karyn also didn't say that she wanted Jon to be a girl. It could be assumed that the stone would make him a girl, since she said she wanted him to be a slut and to be just like her, but the stone didn't always interpret things the way the wisher wanted.
