Karyn went into the other room to make her wish. She knew exactly what to wish for. Jon was always telling her about the dreams he had, and they always the same, always boring. Jon hadn't done much with girls yet, so he always had dreams of making out with some of the hot girls at their school. Jon wasn't muscular, but he always had dreams about beating up the school bully, Biff Meadows. He wasn't great at sports, but wished he was a star athlete. He wasn't super popular, but in his dreams he was. They were the dreams of a typical teenage boy, she thought. She knew to make a switch.
"I wish Jon would have the dreams of a typical teenage girl. I wish he will still be Jon in the dreams, and not change physically. I wish the dreams were as real and vivid as real life. I wish I had a way of viewing the dreams if I want to, and I wish only I had the power to stop them, if I so wish."
There was a flash, and Karyn smiled. She assumed now Jon would heaving dreams of hanging out with his popular gal pals, kissing cute boys, and his special wedding day. She wondered what effect it would have on his real life? She left the room, and before Jon could ask, she made up an excuse about having to get home for something, telling him that she couldn't think up a good wish, but would have to sleep on it.
Jon said goodbye, it was almost dinner time anyway. The rest of the night wasn't too exciting, just a few minor wishes. Wished his room was cleaned up, wished his homework was done. Within a few hours, it was time for bed. He was excited to visit his dreams, where he got all the girls, was strong, and was popular...
