Karyn went into the other room to think of a wish, and decided to leave things up to chance. "I wish when I open this door and see Jon again, he will be in the middle of an embarrassing moment."
There was a flash, and she grabbed the doorknob, about to throw open the door, but instead decided to peek out first. She opened the door a crack, just enough to see Jon, standing in the middle of the living room, wearing a fancy ball gown. His mother stood next to him, chastising him. "Now, Jon," she scolded. "I told you, you can wear those horrible boys clothes when you're at school, but when you're at home you have to wear your own clothes."
Karyn cracked a curious smile, why would that gown be Jon's?
"Now, hold still," Jon's mom continued. "I have to do your makeup."
"But mooom..." whined Jon. "Karyn's in the other room, I don't want her to see me like this..."
"Well, if she doesn't accept it, then she's not really your friend. Mikey's friends are fine with his clothes, and so are Zoe's."
She applied Jon's make up and did what she could with his short hair, then said, "Now, I have to go help Mikey put on his dress, then Zoe and I need to get our tuxedos on."
Karyn was getting more and more curious, why would the family all be crossdressing, and in such fancy clothes? When Jon's mom walked down the hall into another room, Karyn threw open the door and surprised Jon. His face had a look of pure embarrassed horror on it.
"No, Karyn! I didn't want you to see me like this! I didn't want you to find out how my family is!"
Karyn had quite a few questions to ask!
