Karyn went into the other room, holding the rock. She knew exactly what she was going to wish for. She hated that women were often thought of as second class citizen. How they didn't earn as much money, got cat-called by strangers in the street, and were expected to be pretty all the time. She didn't like it that "feminine" was considered weak, and "masculine" strong. She held the rock and said:
"I wish that although our bodies wouldn't physically change at all, that men were considered the weaker sex. I wish insults like 'you throw like a girl' would become 'you throw like a boy', and advising someone to 'man up' would now be 'woman up'. I wish women held all the important jobs, and men did the smaller jobs, although it was preferred that they don't work at all and just take care of household chores and child raising. I wish that it was considered obscene for a man to be shirtless in public, but a woman can do as she pleases. I wish that although men can wear pants sometimes, it is preferred that they wear dresses and skirts, and women must always wear pants. Finally, I wish that everyone will still remember the old reality."
There was a flash. Karyn smiled, and was about to go back into the other room to check on Jon, but before she could, she heard Jon yell out, "Karyn! Why am I in a dress? What did you wish for?!"
