Karyn had been thinking so hard about her newly created reality that she didn't realize that she had just been staring silently at Jon's bare groin for the last 2 minutes.
"Well, uh, Karyn? Is everything OK?" Jon asked awkwardly.
Karyn fumbled, "Uh, yeah Jon, I guess everything checks out. I just hadn't seen your penis head hanging down there when I was standing up. In the old reality men's penises hung down more."
"Well it is a bit chilly, I guess it was retracted all the way in to stay warm. Normally it is bigger. Also, you're freaky behavior isn't exactly putting me 'in the mood' so to speak" Jon said non nonchalantly as he began to reach for the pants around his ankles. Karyn thought it was cute men still cared about penis size!
As Karyn stood up and Jon put his pants back on Karyn's mind began to spin with the implications of her wish as she held the stone tightly in her hand.
She thought back to her wish:
"I wish that although there would be no physical changes in anatomy, that all men sat down to pee, while all women stood."

The other thing she noticed was that the stone's magic must not be a constant. It COULD have just used magic to FORCE men to sit down and FORCE women to stand up from now on, but that apparently isn't how it worked. When the stone flashed it changed reality to a "new normal" in which the wish is true. She thought back to when she had made her breasts bigger and her hair blonde, the reality is that she has those things now. It's not that the stone is MAKING those things be the way they are, they just are.
"Ummmm HELLO?!?" Jon interupted, "What are we going to do now?"
Karyn snapped out of her deep thought and looked at Jon. The OTHER thing she realized is that she forgot to add a way out of the wish! She and every other woman is now stuck with a forward facing vagina whether she liked it or not. "Uh I guess we should try to put things back as best we can?" she said meekly. She had no idea how she would do that though without making things worse.
Jon looked shocked, "You didn't include an 'escape clause'?"
Karyn shook her head.

Karyn's eyes went wide by how DEEP Jon was into this new reality. She hadn't really explained HOW human genitals were different now. He still had no idea he and every other man had been radically altered!
