As Karyn reentered the room Jon just looked at her and asked, "Well, what are you going to wish for?"
Karyn just looked at him and said, "I already made the wish."
Jon just gave her a puzzled look, "You did? What did you change?"
Karyn said, "Really Jon, you didn't notice anything when you just went to the bathroom and sat down to pee?"
"Umm, no, everything seemed the same as it always has, why?"
Karyn gave him a frustrated look and said "MEN SIT DOWN TO PEE NOW, AND WOMEN STAND UP! THAT'S THE CHANGE!"
Jon was confused, but he knew if that is what she changed the rock had erased all his memories of the old reality. From his perspective he had been peeing sitting down since he was potty trained, all men had been. But as hard as he thought, he couldn't imagine how men even COULD stand up to pee, it just didn't seem physically possible. Also, he knew if women sat on the toilet when they peed, the piss just shot straight forward out of their urethra and went on the floor in front of the toilet!
Jon thought back to memories of times he had heard gross stories of women or girls accidentally messing the bathroom with pee as they were going number "two". If a female didn't empty her bladder before sitting down for a number two, the strain could sometimes make her pee. As Karyn looked at Jon processing what she had said, she realized that the wish must have really erased all his memories of him standing to pee. She paused to marvel at the raw power of what she had done. Then, she had another thought, if women had forward facing genitals now, how had MEN been altered?
Karyn interrupted Jon's deep thought when she said, "Jon, I want to see what the wish did to you."

"Seriously Jon, I need to see how you changed, we might need to fix this if it's really bad."

With little fanfare, he dropped his drawers.

Karyn then realized that THAT'S why men had to sit down to pee, not only did their penises stick straight DOWN, but they also couldn't just grab on to them and point them towards the toilet because they were nested in this "pouch" thing now.
