Jon kept squirming around on the couch, trying to get the stone from Karyn. But she, being bigger and stronger, was able to keep it out of his hands.
The wish ended with Jon standing on her lap, with one hand on the neck of her shirt to push himself up, trying to reach the stone in her up-stretched hand.
Suddenly, his bigger feet slipped off her lap, his hand slipped into (and ripped) her shirt, and his hand succeeded in grabbing hers.
He fell to his knees, straddling her, with one hand wrapped around her, and the other holder her hand. Her shirt was ripped, and her bra was mostly off as well, his thumb having caught the strap and base as he fell.
Jon was vaguely aware that Karyn had only wished that he reverted to being a five-year-old (and would be aware of her wish afterwards), but was far more distracted by her proximity.
