"Sure," said Jon. "One thing..." Jon needed his stone back. He was about to ask Karyn for it when he realized that Karyn had already put it down on the table. He picked it up and said "Oh, never mind. I just need to go use the little boy's room."
Jon went into the bathroom, locking the door behind himself (or really, herself). She had a big problem, which was getting bigger--her breasts.
"I wish," said Jon, "that when my breasts are bound they compress very easily without hurting me or making me faint, and that they otherwise remain completely normal."
The feelings of dizziness faded away. But that wasn't all Jon could do with the stone. He only had it for a few days, but it already could be very useful. "I wish," he added, "that if someone sees something or gets an idea that suggests I'm a girl, and I explain it to them, they'll believe my explanation no matter how ridiculous it is."
Karyn waited for Jon. There was something... oh, right. She needed to give the stone back. She had put it down on... oh, no. That's right, Jon picked it up.
But Jon had taken it before Karyn was ready. She was going to make another wish--for Jon's wishes to be reversible. After all, what if Jon, not knowing what had changed, accidentally made a bad wish, like 'I wish I was a smarter girl'? Now if she wanted to prevent that, she'd have to ask for the stone again.
She heard Jon flushing and then he emerged from the restroom. "So what do you think?" asked Karyn.
"Of Carla?"
"Yeah." Karyn just realized she had no idea what Jon's sexual orientation was now.
"Well..."
