Karyn looked down at the sex toys and then back up at Jen. Karyn really did love her, but things were moving a little too fast for her. Of course, from Jen's point-of-view they weren't, since they had apparently been dating for six months.
"Karyn? What's wrong?" Jen asked.
"I'm sorry, Jen. But I think the stone might have changed reality more than I wanted it to."
"What are you talking about? I thought you just turned me back into a girl. What else did you do?"
"Well ... uh ... I made you bisexual."
"You mean I'm not? How can that be? We've been dating for six months, Karyn. Obviously, I ..."
"But that didn't really happen. Not until I made my wish," Karyn explained.
"But I love you. The stone can't create true love, can it?"
"I'm sorry, Jen. But for me, our relationship just started. I do love you, but I'd really like for us to slow down."
Jen just sat there, thinking about what Karyn said. Not the part about wanting to slow down, but the part about Jen not being bisexual. She tried to imagine herself only loving guys and she just couldn't picture it. She loved guys, but she loved girls a little more. Part of her couldn't believe what Karyn had said, but another part of her could, mainly because she knew how the stone worked. It was just really weird.
