"Lindsay?" said Nicole, one of the cheerleaders. "There's a newspaper article about you."
"Really?" replied the new Lindsay.
"Yeah, it says that a prankster somehow got into some magazines' computer systems and changed a whole bunch of them to Jon Madison. I can't believe it... I thought Jon was supposed to be an actor. How is that a prank? And get this... the reason I said it's about you is that the name of the person they said Jon replaced was Lindsay Lohan. That's your name!"
"That's weird," said Lindsay.
Karyn, hearing this, realized what had happened. The stone had a limited range. The real Lindsay Lohan was outside the range, so she stayed the same. And people outside the range would realize that things inside the range had changed to show Jon.
Karyn was actually pretty glad. The point of the wish was to change Jon, after all, not to change some actress, and Jon was in range.
Meanwhile, Lindsay (ex-Jon) continued her life....
