While Jenna and Marie were celebrating the seeming victory, little Zane stormed in. He was fuming with anger, his face puffy red.
He was a little shrimp, but one who tried to make himself look more Goth than any other 11 year old. He had straight black hair and eyeliner. He wore ripped jeans and a Slayer t-shirt.
"I'll get you for this!" he snarled to his older sisters.
Jenna stuck out her tongue at her little brother.
"I mean it," threatened Zane, "when my revenge comes, it's going to be very, very painful for both of you."
"Pssh, yeah right," scoffed Jenna, "I wish that--"
Jenna was cut off by her little brother's fist. He packed a surprising punch for such a little guy, and, having no qualms about hitting his sister (or any other woman,) planted the fist straight in her boob.
The stone tumbled from Jenna's grip. Marie was slow to act, but Zane pounced, grabbing the stone and standing tall with it.
"From now on," he said, "I am in complete control."
It seemed as though the escalating stress of the wishes had darkened and twisted Zane's personality. While Zoe had been merely bratty and moody, Zane appeared to be pure evil.
Marie looked on in fear of her little brother.
