"I'm a doctor," said Karyn.

"I know," replied Jon. "That's the point."

"I'm really smart," said Karyn.

"Like I said," replied Jon. "That's the point."

"I'm smart enough to know you might want to do this in a hospital," said Karyn.

"Uhhh?" said Jon.

"A hospital! You know, one of those places where people give birth. I suppose we could do a home birth, but I don't think you want that, especially since you haven't had any preparation. Give me the stone."

Jon found it in her purse and gave it to Karyn, who made her wish. "I wish we're in one and I'm delivering your baby, who will be born in the next minute."

Nothing happened.

"Come on, Jon, agree to it, okay?"

"Ohh... right. I agree."

Suddenly Jon was lying down. She seemed to have been given some kind of an anesthetic, because the pain was very dulled. She wasn't stretched out horizontally like in movies and TV; she was in a partly raised position. And then, with a shove using muscles that Jon wasn't aware she had, she gave birth.

Karyn gave Jon the baby to hold. She didn't really know how and Karyn (who had the knowledge of a doctor at the moment) had to show her.

"Do I feed it now?" said Jon.

"That's unlikely," she replied. You don't have breast milk immediately."

"What? Don't TV shows and movies get anything right?"

"Good question. But now we need to figure out what to do. You were going to change back now, right? If you're going to change all the way back to white you'll need some kind of wish reinterpreting. Changing back to Asian Jon is a normal wish, or just wait a week."
