Jon/Jennifer was starting to enjoy herself as she helped the younger girls sell their cookies.

The girls, ages six to eight, treated both Jennifer and Karyn much like they were adults. The other adults there, for the most part, also treated the teenagers as adults.

Jennifer even enjoyed the lustful looks that some of the older teenage boys were giving here as they entered or left the store. 'Eat your hearts out guys,' she thought to herself, 'you would be surprised if you saw me tonight.'

She was also thinking, 'He is kind of cute, isn't he?' about more than one of the young men.

It was nearly one in the afternoon when Jennifer and another adult, Mrs., call me Helen, Smith, escorted a group of four Brownies to the nearby Golden Arches for a late lunch. These six were the last batch.

"You get them into the bathroom and let them go potty and wash up while I order for everyone." Helen told Jennifer.

Jennifer was all the way into the Ladies Room before she realized where she was. 'I guess it is okay. I am a girl; for now.'

While waiting for the young girls to finish, a young mother entered with two young children and a baby.

"Mommy! I have to go number two realllll bad." Whined the older of the children.

"Me too Mommy." The middle child said.

The gentleman in Jon's upbringing took hold as Jennifer offered, "I'll hold your baby for you while you help your children."

The woman looked up, a bit shocked that anyone would offer to help her.

Jennifer turned to the Brownies and said. "You girls go out with Mrs. Smith and tell her I'll be out in a bit."

The woman, deciding that if you can't trust a Girl Scout, who could you trust, handed over her baby while herding the two older girls into the handicapped stall.

"You are such a cutie." Jennifer cooed to the baby she held. Continuing to coo out sweet nothings to the baby.

All too soon the mother and her other two children emerged from the handicapped stall. Once she had her children wash their hands she accepted her baby back from Jennifer. "You are a natural. I bet you will make a great mother some day."

'No way.' Jennifer thought as she thanked the lady for the complment.
