"Whoa, what was that?" Jon asked, still feeling the residual sensation of the jolt.
"That's the magic of the necklace protecting you," Athena said. She lifted her hand to her neck and began rubbing herself.
"What's the matter?" Karyn asked.
"It just feels weird not wearing it. I never take it off," Athena said.
